As women we spend a lot of time caring for everyone around us. This leaves little time to care for ourselves. We are the first responders when the kids are sick, when our husbands need comforting, or when our best friend is going through a crisis. When we need to unwind and take off a load, we need some place where we can relax. Where do I go? To Fitbella of course!
Being a mother of 4 busy and active children, I find myself needing something more, and I found it at Fitbella. At Fitbella busy women like us can focus on our needs. Heart attack, stroke and high blood pressure effect women, more so than men. Working a full time job, taking care of the house, and raising a family takes a toll on a woman’s overall health. There is nothing wrong with wanting a “change”. A new body, a new look and a new attitude is what Fitbella gives to busy women.
Most women like me already know how to cook and eat right. Sampling new foods, trying new recipes, slimming down, getting tone muscles, and eating right are winning combinations. Fitbella offers a rest haven for moms and ordinary women to come to when they want to pamper themselves, and be pampered.
Some days are better than others, and some days are not. When I want to steal away from the hustle and bustle, I take a stroll down to Fitbella and enjoy a 20 minute steamy hot Fitbath. Now that makes my day. It is a full steam bath, with all the luxuries of home, but without the responsibilities. My fitness coach is great at designing a routine, just for me.
