A new year is upon us, and with a new year comes new resolutions. For most people, the beginning of a new year really means the beginning of a “new you.” New Year’s resolutions often revolve around becoming a healthier and happier person. As a part of that goal to be better, people tend to resolve to lose weight, quit smoking, or to make new friends.
